The spacious backyard includes a cliff top fire pit/lounge area and sun deck. The low maintenance and manicured turf area is the perfect place for outdoor sports, games and potential movie night.

Off street parking available for multiple cars and/or boat. Optional berth for your boat, in the secure Kings Cove Marina, is available upon request.
